This project involved replacing seven procedure lights across five rooms at Kaiser Gilroy Medical Center. The team evaluated and utilized existing structural supports where possible and provided associated electrical upgrades. The project received over-the-counter permit approval on first review. Close coordination between the design team, user group, and contractor ensured construction stayed on schedule with minimal RFIs, reducing costs and maximizing client value. Construction was conducted after hours to minimize downtime.
