Kristen Kepner has over twenty-five years of experience in architecture and project management, with fourteen years dedicated to California healthcare planning and design. Her work includes hospital expansions, medical renovations, and complex improvements within active healthcare environments, where communication, coordination, precision, and regulatory navigation are essential.

Throughout her career, Kristen has led multidisciplinary teams through programming, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration, supporting projects under HCAI/OSHPD and other local jurisdictions. She is recognized for her organized leadership style, steady oversight, and ability to guide technically complex projects from concept through completion. Kristen is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C).
